Error: Unable to authorize payment: Precondition Failed: Security Information is missing Cause: Chase Paymentech / Orbital Gateway require that you register your shopping cart server ip-address for security authentication. Solution: You will need to call them and let them know you are getting this error and that you would like to add your ip-address to your account so you can process transactions. If you do not know your server ip-address and they cannot figure it which ip-address to add to their servers then submit a support ticket or call Morditech to get this information. After Orbital has added the correct ip-address it will take about an hour or so for their systems to update and start accepting transactions. | |
